Secure Connect Gateway deregistration

Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) provides an automated health and system monitoring capability for your storage systems. It sends notifications to Dell Customer Support, sends data to Dell CloudIQ, and enables remote support where necessary.

Prerequisites

The Secure Connect Gateway has already been registered in Unisphere.

To unregister a Secure Connect Gateway:

Steps

  1. Select Settings icon to open the Settings panel.
  2. Select Management > Secure Connect Gateway .
  3. Click Unregister.
    For an external connection, a dialog showing the Unisphere IP address and the Secure Connect Gateway URL is displayed. For an internal connection, a dialog showing the list of storage systems and their associated configuration is displayed.
  4. Click OK.
